MAX FACTOR Colour Elixir Giant Pen Stick REVIEW

♥[REVIEW] MAX FACTOR Colour Elixir Giant Pen Stick (Designer Blossom) ♥

One of my lip favourites is this rich, moisturising pen stick from Max Factor in Designer Blossom.
It is a buildable red lip tint that has the formula of a lip balm or butter - it is moisturising and glides on easily. It is not a bold 'true' red; it looks pinkish-red.

(u_u) It's a terrible swatch, I know, but I could not be bothered to re-do it because I was rushing. Sorry!

This swatch looks lighter in the uploaded pic for some reason but it is a really pretty colour. Visit http://getlippie.blogspot.com.au/2013/03/max-factor-giant-pen-sticks-launch_29.html and http://the-beautifool.blogspot.com.au/2013/06/max-factor-colour-elixir-giant-pen.html because they have great swatches! I recommend it to everyone. It does not really have a scent and the formula is especially good! ٩(^ᴗ^)۶

The only con about this product is that you have to sharpen it yourself because it does not come as a twist-up. I have not used too much of it so I do not have to worry for know - but seriously, I have no idea how I am going to do that... (⊙_☉)

It is around $10 AUD but I scored it for $3 when Priceline was having a sale! Total steal!

PRICE 2.5/5 - I would never purchase it for its original price but a sale... #cheapo4lyf
FORMULA 4/5 - I do not have a problem with the formula but I am not convinced that I should give it a full score. I wouldn't say it lasts the day but I don't really have the need to reapply. It blends out nicely, if you know what I mean (?)
OVERALL 3.5/5 - It's a great product and definitely worth buying.

Would I repurchase? Maybe yes, but I'd go for a different colour - I've been eying Passionate Red and Vibrant Pink...

Hope you enjoyed this ^^
